Club Advisors is the leading private club interim management firm that specializes in providing technical assistance and management services to all types of private clubs. We work with a variety of prestigious private clubs across the country, providing transition leadership while at the same time assisting them to enhance their operations, improve member experiences, and achieve their financial goals. We are currently looking for highly motivated and experienced Private Club Advisors to join our team as contractors in any of the club's leadership positions.

As a Private Club Advisor, you will work closely with the club leadership to develop a scope of work that will include prioritized tasks, issues, and projects to address while on-site as an interim management professional. You will makes recommendations to the leadership and obtain their approval of any major changes included in the recommendations, with enhanced member satisfaction. This will involve conducting thorough analyses of financial data, evaluating member satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and development. You will also provide guidance and support to club management and staff, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional service to club members.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in private club management, with a proven track record of success in improving operations and increasing revenue. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with club management and staff as well as interacting with club members. You must also have a deep understanding of the private club industry and be able to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

This is a contractor position, which means you will have the flexibility to work with multiple clients and set your own schedule. You will have the support and resources of Club Advisors behind you, but you will also have the autonomy to make decisions and implement strategies that will have a direct impact on our clients' success.
